For thirst

The vast majority of our wines are produced using organic, biodynamic, or natural farming methods. They are vinified using the grapes' natural yeasts, with as little sulfur and other artificial additives as possible. While this is a necessary but not sufficient condition for obtaining a wine that delights the palate, we focus primarily on the quality of the women and men who cultivate the grapes and their skill in extracting the very best from them.

Our menu varies according to our discoveries and tastings.

You will find there:

• Between 400 and 500 wine references

• 150 & 200 references for spirits
